Using the YouTube Thumbnail Stack

Some users have misunderstood the reason for the YouTube Thumbnail stack. It is not a small video stack. It is to be used along side a lightbox stack as an easy customizable launcher. Continue reading to find out how to use the Thumbnail stack. We will be using our Expose stack in the example below.

  1. Add your lightbox stack to your page. You will see below we have added an Expose stack to Rapidweaver.

  3. Now adjust the YouTube Thumbnail stack settings. First, you have to put in your YouTube Video ID (not sure what that is, see this FAQ). This ID will be the same one you use with the YouTube stack. Then choose the thumbnail quality and the size you want the thumbnail to be.

  4. Now drop your YouTube stack into the Lightbox area of your lightbox stack and follow the directions on this FAQ to set up the YouTube stack.

  5. Now preview and enjoy! For an overview of the remaining settings please refer to the YouTube Thumbnail Settings section.

Now go forth and make your websites great!
