How do I apply alt tags to my images?

Alt tags are helpful for SEO and both Easy CMS and Total CMS allow you to control them for each individual image.

The following steps work for both static images as well as images inside a Total CMS Gallery.

1. When you hover over an existing image in the admin page, you will see a toolbar appear.
2. Click on the tag button at the far left. This will open a lightbox.
3. Add or edit the text inside the box provided and click on the save button.

NOTE: It is possible to apply a default alt tag to all images added to a gallery via the Gallery Admin stack.
