Stacks Missing warnings inside Project files

If you have purchased a stack from me, you probably know that I ship demo project files with my stacks. I do this as a curtesy so that you can have a visual reference to play with the stack. Many times, these demo files are the same exact files that I use in my tutorial videos.

Going back in time, stacks never shipped with a demo file. One day many years ago, I thought it would be a good idea to ship the project files that I created as a convenience to customers. It was virtually no extra work for me since I used these as the actual demos on my website. No other developer was doing this and customers loved it. Fast forward to present day and since every one of my stacks now comes with a demo project, it's become expected.

Since I was creating these projects for myself, many of them contain extra stacks that you may not own. An a vast majority of these projects were built using Foundation v1. This means in some cases, there could be a lot of missing stacks warnings inside of the project if you do not have F1.

The Stacks plugin should tell you what stack is actually missing. However, there is also a known bug in Stacks 4.2.2 where this behavior is broken. I really hope that this gets fixed soon.

So what is the solution here? I have to be honest in that I don't have a perfect solution at this time. Reworking every demo is a ton of work. As they say hindsight is always 20/20.

With that said, in a majority of the cases, the missing stacks are purely layout and style purposes on the page. The actual demo of the stack that you purchased should work 100% if you copy and paste it into a new or existing project file.

I also encourage you to watch the video tutorials. I try to give very detailed training through my videos. You should be able to replicate everything inside of the demo projects by following along with these videos.
