Can I change the look of the border inside the Power Grid stack?

Yes, this is something very easy to do. You have 4 different ways to change the border of the stack. First, let's find where you can change the border of the Power Grid stack. Be sure you have the Power Grid stack in your RapidWeaver project and click on it so you can see the stack settings.

Now, in the stack settings, there is a setting called Border Style. This is where you can change the border style. Here are the options you can use in that setting.
