Post Office seems to be one of those stacks that people just seem to have a hard time with. Below are some ideas to look at if you are having issues getting it to work in your Rapidweaver Site.
Check the version of PHP on your server. Post Office requires that you have at least PHP 5.2 to work correctly.
If you are using a service like Mailchimp or Mad Mimi, make sure you have the correct List ID set up. Especially if you are using Mad Mimi. The ALL list will NOT work as a List ID, so be sure to change it! Do you need to find your List ID for MailChimp? Read this FAQ.
Did you check the box marked Unsubscribe? Unless you are making a spot for people to unsubscribe to your newsletter, do not check this box.
Is the Filename for the Post Office page set to end in .php? If not, you might have two pages, one that ends in .html and one that ends in .php. Rapdiweaver will not delete the .html page from your server when it changes, so you will need to use an FTP application to login to your server and delete the .html page type from your server, as most servers will go to the .html page if both pages are present.
Right now, you can only use one Post Office stack per page. If you put two on a page, they will conflict with each other. This will hopefully be changed soon.
We hope these tips have helped you figure out the issue, if not, please go to our support page and send us an email. Now go forth and make your websites great!!
