Eliminating the end dividers of TopBar in Center Mode

A lot of people are using the center mode of TopBar and we are getting the question, how do I remvoe the dividers that are on the right and left ends of TopBar. If you want to do this, please add this code either to the Page Inspector under the CSS tab or if you are using RapidWeaver 6, you can add it to the Site Wide code area.
